Dancers Dancing Figures Vintage Brooch Signed AJC Abstract Modernist Sterling

This listing is for a signed AJC brooch. It is two people freely dancing, completely uninhibited, which just makes me smile. A little background: It was made by the American Jewelry Chain Co. (USA) that was founded in 1927. It is well-known for the production of whimsical and Christmas theme brooches and earrings. In their creations AJC used painted metal and rhinestones. The company ceased its activity in 1997. This piece is sterling and cleaned up nicely, but still has patina, (please see photos). It measures approximately 2 5/8" tall by 3" across. I was really surprised at how well it polished up. I wish I would have taken a before photo. I will include a polishing cloth and velvet dust bag for storage.
