Beautiful and elegant, this dress is fabulous and flattering for that special occasion! Halter-tie with a deep v- neckline. A removable matching brooch at the bodice catches the eye, just above its artful, beautifully ruched waistline. The A-line skirt flows beautifully, 32 inches long from the waist.
