Danielle Bernstein tunic/dress/jacket. NWOT

This Danielle Bernstein item can be worn as a tunic over pants, perhaps a dress or a jacket. Cotton with a touch of spandex for stretch. Puffed sleeves at shoulder. Very low neckline so would probably need a camisole beneath. Definitely a true size 0. Very slim fit. NWOT, never worn.
