somegirl1979 Hi. If you bought those Chanel earrings, please get them authenticated. I bought the other pair and they are not authentic. Very good knock offs, but not authentic. Please take them to a trusted jeweler & have them authenticated. We have to look out for one another on here!

somegirl1979 @elenaproy i’m talking with her and Poshmark right now. It doesn’t look like this is going to be easy. I bought the ones that have the lamb skin and lamb. Skin is soft and supple. These are hard plastic like Chinese. I’ll admit the stamp is really convincing. Everything other than the lambskin would’ve had me convinced these were real.

somegirl1979 But I’ve been watching her account and she had several of these earrings up for sale for thousands of dollars and then what she’ll do is she’ll take one of them and drop them to a really affordable price.

somegirl1979 And then once the sale is done, she removed the other post and wait till the transaction completely clears and then repost the earrings. If you have six pair of Chanel earrings, you can’t tell me you don’t know fake verse authentic.

somegirl1979 Those same earrings you bought she had up for sale for well over $1000 just last week and there were four or five pair exactly like it also listed at over $1000. This platform is so full of scams I’m getting scammed left and right I think I’m going to *e*

somegirl1979 @elenaproy I went on other potential buyers answer from her of yes they are authentic. I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but having tracked what she’s posting and then taking down and the prices of everything it just doesn’t jive I don’t know if they’ll help me. I went on the Internet and googled other people who have this problem and it didn’t work out well for them.

somegirl1979 @elenaproy from what I read, they made the buyer get a third-party authentication of the item. That was at the buyers expense. I don’t know what they’ll do in this case. I’m looking at the ones that you bought and unfortunately, the back of the earrings are not clear enough in the photo for me to do comparisons. I wanted to get a good look at them to see if I can spot anything that would indicate whether they’re real or not.

somegirl1979 But the bottom line is why would you sell earrings that cost over $3000 for $120. I fell for the same thing so don’t feel bad but I’ll never do that again.

elenaproy @somegirl1979 I’m so sorry for your situation. And hate that it happened to me also. I mean I bought Chanel sunglasses for 150 and seller was honest and posted lower because she needed the money. They are authentic. So this is just not fair

somegirl1979 @elenaproy i’m sorry this happened to both of us also. Hey, maybe you’ll get lucky but I definitely think they’re fake. I have also had people sell very expensive things mostly because they’re either spoiled $$$ (LOL) and just have no understanding of the value of things or don’t care. I’m a reseller so that’s actually what I look for. This is unfortunate.

somegirl1979 @elenaproy I’ll definitely keep you posted. So far she hasn’t replied to my last message. And it seems like Poshmark doesn’t really get involved unless the seller agrees to accept the return. So I’m assuming I’m gonna have to jump through hoops to get this done.
