Featuring an added layer of cushioning in the midsole and a dampening heel cup, we used a polyurethane footbed to ensure that comfortability won't break down over time. The waterproof liner keeps you dry, while the outsole's pentagonal lug pattern gives you stability in diverse terrain. We recommend women select 1.5 to 2 full sizes down for correct fit. Our rough-out, full-grain leather upper is legendary for its durability. We pair it with 1000 Denier nylon for superior protection. 100% waterproof barrier allows moisture to escape without letting water in, keeping your feet dry and comfortable all day long. Prevents loose laces from snagging or dragging. At the top of the boot's tongue is a stretch fabric pocket designed to tuck your lace ends into. Our composite toe is non-metallic, does not transmit heat or cold, nor will it set off metal detectors. As expected, it meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-11 M I/75 C/75 EH standards.
