It is in great used condition. No rips stains or tears. Material is a layered chiffon like material. It has attached shoulder pads. It is a vintage piece so the sizing is marked at size 12 but fits almost exactly between a size 10 and 12 on modern size charts. Verify it with your own measurements before purchasing.
