Pre-owned bright cerulean blue high-waisted A-line shirt with soft pink and silver sparkles from the brand Dansco. The pants are high-waisted and wide-legged at the ankles. Included is a matching headband that secures with a velcro square. This was purchased in the early 2000's, and though the tag lists the size as a Medium Child, it would likely best fit a modern-day girl's size X-Small, Small or an XX-Small teen.
