I bought this brand new and wore it maybe once.. It's a black & white activewear shirt with mesh panels for ventilation. The mesh panels are not sheer. It's a size L. The chest measures about 19" and the length is about 24.5". Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material is stretchy.
