Dapper polka dot dress worn once

Blue dress with white polka dots. Tag has been removed due to scratchy feeling/itchiness. Used only once for Dapper Day at Disneyland. Great condition. Will fit a size medium. Size small for a slight looser feeling. Back had a window.
