This stunning dress is NWT never worn. I bought this dress for an event, but ended up wearing another we dress and it was too late to return this one. It has a cowl neck style top that is super flattering and fits many sizes. Dress has been in a bag and has some wrinkles from shipping, but is otherwise in perfect condition. Runs true to size (6/M)
