Darcy 80’s vintage jr sz 9/10 Elegant Black and Blue Velvet Dress

Stunning velvet dress with a unique design. Features a black top and a blue patterned skirt. Perfect for special occasions. Excellent vintages condition other than zippers in the inside as pictured is loose. Could be easily sewn. Also at bottom of zipper I’ve pictured if I stretch it and then not stretched to see it is not noticeable.
