They are dark blue, with some metallic cobalt. Somme crystals are rivoli . They are dazzling crystals with depth and bring the color to life. They are meant to last a life time and the reason for the price. The 14k plated  base necklace  is Made in Israel.  It has 33 crystals and measures 8mm.  It is 17 to 18  inches long and can be shortened to a collar. The necklace is brand new, and was assembled in United States. It is handmade. The drop down earrings included have two stones. The top crystal measures 6mm, and the bottom is 8mm. Leverback.
