Dark Blue Old Navy dress

This dark blue Old Navy dress is a faux wrap style with slight cap sleeves and a tie on the side to make it look like a wrap dress. It is a wrap design High Low style with a ruffle finish. Slightly big in the top but held together with a snap so it's very dependable for bigger busts. Has a sheath underlayer with the High Low overlayer. 21 inch bust (possibly bigger fitting) 44 inch high length, 28 inch low length.
