Dark Blue Short Formal Dress

Dark blue feathered short formal dress, Large. Stretchy material and super comfortable. I only wore it once to a beach wedding. I’m 5’10” so it was definitely short on me but would be perfect on someone shorter. Longer layers in the back than in the front.
