This in NWOT. It was made in China, the tag says 4XL BUT IT FITS MORE LIKE A *MEDIUM*. Flat Measurements - Waist = approximately 19 3/4", Hip = approximately 21 1/2", Front Bib to Hem = approximately 33". Adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable back waist strap. 2 Front breast slip pockets, 3 Front slip pockets, 1 Snap pocket, 1 Snap pocket back. No fiber content listed. The "scratch marks" are part of the design. I have tried to get the color as accurately as possible.
