emi_wang @potterybarn hello there! thank you for your interest. waist measurement with pants laid flat is 15.25” across total length is 39” there are no side pockets these pants are not high waisted.

emi_wang @potterybarn The waist to crotch measurement is about 10” meaning its probably not high waisted. Most vintage dress pants will not be high waisted unless specified. I would suggest for you to search for “high waisted dress pants” to find what you’re looking for.
