Dark Green Wrap Dress with Blazer-like finish

This is a midcentury cool dark green dress with tie waste. It looks almost like a blazer on the top, but is flattering like a wrap dress. I did find it was hard to sit down without showing too much leg but on someone a little smaller it would look great.
