Dark Navy Midi Skater Skirt w/ Red Heart Print

This skirt is in like new condition and is a cute dark navy color. (It is almost black, but not quite--see the image with a black shirt for comparison). The bottom of the skirt flares out a bit as it has gussets sewn in. It closes with a zipper fly with a hook & eye at the top.
