Dark Navy Wrap Shirt with Stars and Ruffles!

I'm not sure of the brand or official size, but this is pretty solidly a medium. It's a dark navy, and it's covered in stars! It has the cutest ruffle along the top. The ties, button, and elastic for securing the wrap sides are all present and undamaged. This shirt is in great used condition!
