Dark Paisley Flowy Skirt sz 30”

Flowy and ruffled dark paisley midi to maxi skirt with purples and greens!! 15” waist with a little stretch, 27.5” long (not including ruffle length). No tags, It’s 100% silk (I cut off the tags a long time ago cause they were scratchy but I was able to track it down through reverse image search) but I’ve washed it on delicate before and it’s worked fine!! It can be styled in so many cute ways, I just don’t reach for it. Looks like something Phoebe Buffay, Buffy, Carrie Bradshaw, and Sabrina the teenage witch would wear, so 90s and early 2000s chic.
