The Serum can also be applied to help reduce visible discolorations on the hands, neck, and chest. nuetag @luvmybellagirl The product (batch) that we have contains hydroquinone. It has only 2% of Hydroquinone which is allowed by the FDA without a prescription, so it should give a very gentle treatment for Dark Spots and Pigmentation. We also have our own Branded Nuetag Serum as this formula is customized by us. I think you also sent an inquiry for this product as well. Also, Very important to apply an SPF during the daytime, as Sun causes more Pigmentation.

dhsmdgrp How long before you can start seeing results? It seems the serum is darkening my skin. Are the ingredients really what you say they are? I thought they banned the inclusion of Hydroquinone in OTC products without prescription? Even other major cosmetic companies no longer have authority to use OTC Hydroquinone per the CARES Act. Why is your company allowed to use it?
