Dark Teal Dress

Bought for an event I never attended, new without tags. GORGEOUS beaded waistline on the front, zipper that blends with the dress on the back. Gorgeous slit on front & back that shows some skin. Tie for back of neck that drapes down. Should be about knee length on 5’8”
