I love this dress. Only wore it once as a wedding guest, and haven’t used it again, so it is time to part with it. It is a sheer dark navy silk and rayon velvet like burnout fabric with a turquoise floral design, over a stretchy dark navy 100% polyester built in slip. Very comfortable and fits your shape. It has a scooped drapey cowl neck. There are sequin details around the flowers, and a soft ruffled low bottom slit at the front side. It is very flattering. It should fit size 2 to 6.
