Dark blue dress with blue and gold belt, US 8/10

Really pretty blue faux wrap dress, and it comes with a beautiful blue and gold belt which you can take off and wear with other dresses. I only wore it once (on my birthday!), it was just a little too short for me (a few inches above the knee, 5'5" with wider hips). The lace shoulders are also really pretty. Hope this goes to a good home!
