Brand new, never worn. Dark blue in color, stretchy waist, no button closure. Tag says L/XL, waistband measures 14 in across laying flat, inseam measures about 28 1/5 in. My best guess is these are closer to a size S, or size 4/6 in women's. 76% cotton, 22% polyester 2% spandex
