EUC! Only worn a couple of times. No flaws or imperfections! This skirt has two layers. The top brown layer feels like satin (100% acrylic). The bottom layer has the same dark brown material at the top with a magenta ruffle. The waistband can be folded over or worn high.

zoescorp @stellalem My daughter is tall and thin, so it was above knee-level by the time it fit her waist. The length can be adjusted by the foldable top band though. It’s super cute with tights and a pink top for a special occasion. I hope this helps!
