Bought for a wedding and never wore. I am a size 36 and 5’3”. My waist is a 28-29, but it can be kinda sized up and down with the drawstring. The top has a lot of room for adjustment as well. Please ask any questions you may have. This is in new condition.

karenwhite343 @sophschirm yes, it has the top layer that feels like chiffon and the inner layer that feels like polyester maybe.

karenwhite343 @smcloset95 I’ll measure the whole skirt length when I get home but I think it’s 42. I had it made to measure when I ordered it

karenwhite343 @amywest518 I’m a 4/6, but this definitely has a little room in the waist of the skirt. You can tighten it with the drawstrings
