Dark in Love: Nocturnal Bloom Velvet Shrug (BW119)

Shrug from Dark in Love. I LOVE this shrug, but sadly it's too big for me; the back is super loose and the shoulders are too wide. My sizes are: bust 95 cm (underbust 83 cm) - shoulders 37 cm I have only tried it on (not worn for more than 15 minutes), and I still have the original packaging and the tag (I cut the tag off tho).
