Super cute pleated skirt in a very dark navy. Not sure in the era, found in my moms closet and probably 90s. I am a size 4, but it’s a bit big. Fabric is so soft and lux. See pics for measurements. Good condition, but does feel vintage. Zip closure with hook and eye for a nice structured waist.

cassandrerose @ccherapan hello! It’s tapered aline so a bit difficult to measure. Very top appears to be about 25-26” and the bottom on the band closer to 28”. I’m a 27” waist in photo.
