Dark navy blue Milly dress

Beautiful classic cap sleeve A-line dress. Bow can be worn in front or back,or you can pair the dress with your own belt. Fabric is fairly thick and stiff because it’s thick cotton,which gives it a nice feel. Cap sleeves can be slightly restricting, so it is better for an event in which you don’t have to raise your arms too much :) Only worn once. Animal and smoke free home.
