Pretty holiday or any time velvet 3 button blazer. Fully lined. Gorgeous color. Size 4, maker is Axcess (a Liz Claiborne company). Sleeves also have fully functioning buttons. Very soft, not stiff like some velvets. Two front pockets with flaps.
