Dark royal blue vintage look dress with tie bow

Dark royal blue, retro, vintage look dress with tie at neckline. Fabric is super comfy and has lots of stretch! Partial zipper back. Will fit sizes small and medium. Barely worn, great condition! Aside from the wrinkles (which will iron out) from being left untouched in my closet, it looks like new. Dress also has a sailor, nautical kawaii look to it! Actual color closer to blue in first/cover photo, but I have horrible lighting for pictures. Offers welcome!
