veeandmatt Hi - are these true to size? And do you think they run narrow?

nancyrcarey @veeandmatt Hi there! I normally wear a size 8 shoe but was told to size up in these (on line purchase from Nordstrom so did not try on first). I figured if I were to wear them with big socks in winter it would be fine but I should have returned for an 8. Does not feel narrow at all to me!
