Darling Bell. Little Girl with Umbrella!

This is a darling, collectible dinner bell featuring a porcelain bisque little girl with a blue and white umbrella and a yellow rain coat with a blue dress underneath. Pretty details on the hat. She has a pretty little face that is looking slightly to the side. Precious! This is a lovely vintage collectible from the 70s and would make a wonderful gift. Bell works great.
