Candystripe seersucker fabric with white tulle overlay. Can be worn on candystripe side or flip it around on the tulle layered skirt side. Elasticized waistband. Japanese girl’s size 120 (7-8) equivalent to US girls size 5-6. In excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. Pet and smoke free environment.
