Darling girls cotton sundress handmade? Shabby floral

I just think this is such a sweet little dress! It may be handmade I cannot find any tags on it. It feels like cotton. It has a tie back and an elastic sort of like an apron. It looks like it was a little girl between five and six years old. The skirt from the waist line down measures, 13 inches.The bodice area from the top to the bottom where it attaches to the skirt is 3 1/4 inches. The waist line lying flat side to side is 9 inches, but remember the back has elastic and a tie so it has lots of room. Just such a super cute little thing. Hope you know someone who will love it!
