@jrzgrl5 the measurement is 54" from the top strap on the hanger to the bottom hem, laying flat on the floor. There is elastic waistband so if that is long you can blouse the top. It's a great Dress.

@rkg100 it’s 38” from the elastic waistband. It could be blouses over the waist or left to hang . It’s extremely comfortable.
