Darling twofer shirt dress, small

I love this fun dress. Chambray sleeveless top and Aztec print skirt. Does have belt loops, no belt included. This dress runs VERY small which is why it's for sale. I wear a small/4 and it is way too small for me it probably more of a xs/0. Tag is coming loose.
