Really cute dress. Navy/ white polka dots. Has reversible tie belt. Belt is red on one side, same polka dot material as dress on other side. Side zipper. No fabric content info on dress but it is like a smooth polyester blend. Measurements are: bust 17 1/2" across, waist 14" across ( both measured when laying flat ) length is 42".

cjkefsky @brittanyleester hi there. Yes it is washable. I washed it in Woolite and let it hang dry. There was a tag at the neckline but it was cut off. There are no other tags on the dress. I wouldn't be selling it except it is too small on me.....
