ulitheunruly Lol- “Das Boot” means “The Boat”, title for the movie about a Submarine (U-Boot)…. “The Boot” is DER STIEFEL, as in Cowboystiefel , Regenstiefel ( rain boots) , Bierstiefel ( beer boot) . Funny, thanks!
