Both packages contain 32 manicure strips, 1 prep pad, 1 nail file, and instructions. Very durable. Manicure can last up to 14 days. Very convenient since your nails are dry after application. Best to do before bed (or after you're done washing your hands a million times). I can usually get 2 manicures out of each package (might not work for everyone if you have narrow or wide nails).
