Dating Clothing Midi Sweatheart Plaid & Lace Dress

Size Large but more like a medium in the chest area, so runs a little smaller up top. This was bought in a boutique in Ca and dry cleaned but never worn. Has tags but price part fell off. I like the contrast and elegant line, unfortunately my Boobs don't fit!
