Is this material waterproof?

@kumalovesforest @kumalovesforest hi! The exterior label says “an original Millerain fabric est 1880.”. I would say it’s certainly weather resistant as I wore it as a true rain jacket, but I cannot find where to verify if it’s truly waterproof. Hope that helps a little!
