David Dart Vintage Black Silk Dress/Tunic Sz Small American Designer Flouncy

David Dart was an award winning American Designer. He founded Force One in the late 80s/early 90s, and began selling to upscale stores before opening is own brick and mortar locations. This dress/tunic is made from 100% black silk, featuring a silk taffeta-like underdress with a sheer silk overdress. It is labeled Sz Small, but given its flowy, flouncy design, please review measurements. Sheer overdress has some small areas of de-weaving Only noticeable on close inspection. ( See pics). Has side ties for adjustable waist/bodice accentuation. Armpit to armpit measures 21 inches. Shoulder to hem is 32 inches.
