David Meister Velvet Dress

Asymmetrical velvet dress with gathering at the side and shoulder detail. Never been worn. Tags removed. NOTE: I had this altered to make it a little bit smaller through, and possibly shorter through the torso and hemmed. Don't recall. So feel free to ask me any and all questions about proportions or make an offer based on the possible need for further alterations.
