David Meister Evening gown Halter Backless Black Beaded Tassel Back- missing tassel. This floor length gown is made of a light soft stretch fabric, fully lined, soft yet structure. It has a deep V-neck and a reverse v over the head halter off which should hang a tassel. I had to remove it- although gorgeous it felt like somebody was running their finger down my back all night long. The stress measures across the top of dust 12 inches to pit 14 inches. The waist is 13 inches and the top of the shoulder to the base of the dress is 60 inches. It is a beautiful dress that can be worn many times.
