@terrylinda I am the original owner. I purchased in 1999 as shown in the COA. I wore a few times. As it was 1/2 size too small it has been carefully stored ever since. AS I do not remember which type of Blue Topaz, I will try to run via the serial information for verification. I can take to local jeweler where it was purchased later in the week as well.
