David and Donnie patchwork peasant top/jacket

I believe this is actually a jacket as it is split down the front that patchwork bodice ties with to Thai’s. The dress I mean jacket is a teensy black-and-white print for the majority with a patchwork through the bodice area. Puffed sleeves new with tags
