David’s Bridal Black Formal strap dress with ruffle shoulder, size 8, worn once

Worn once for a military gala. Empire waist, measures 45” from waist to hem. Shoulder straps have been shortened to 13” but can easily be restored to the original 16” length. Chiffon bodice, zip closure in the back. Absolutely gorgeous dress but I will never be a size 8 again! Smoke-free home.
