- Beautifully detailed gown/dress from DB in “Quartz” (more of a dusty rose with a hint of lavender color) - Lacy appliqués with tiny sequins here and there - just enough to add some subtle shimmer! - size 16 was hemmed about an 2 inches, but the dress was never worn. - size 20 was pinned for possible alterations, but was never hemmed or altered, never worn - Loved this dress, but another MOB dress stole my heart, and I couldn’t return them. - NWT, nonsmoking home

kopie3 This is so pretty/ is the size 20 true to size? I’m an 18/20 and look better with a dress with a defined waist than an empire style - I can’t tell if this is that?

pattyshop55 @kopie3 Hi! This really is a beautiful dress! I would not describe it as having an empire waist (see pics 3 and 4). The measurement from the top of the strap to the waist is 17”, with the dress hanging up. Let me know if you need any additional measurements!🤗🌸

pattyshop55 @tammibarker Hi Tammi - when I bought the two dresses, I actually needed a size 18. The 16 was too tight in the waist, and the 20 was too big in the top. I am a 40B or 40C (depending on the bra). You can probably look up the size chart on David’s Bridal to give you an idea too! Hope the info helps!🤗🌸

pattyshop55 @annebrookens - Hi Anne! The dress was hemmed for me, and I’m 5’4”. I was wearing 2” heels when the seamstress pinned the hem. Let me know if you have any other questions!🤗🌸
